Demonstration of environmental education by Jaca

【Demonstration of environmental education at primary school in Phnom Penh by JICA Partnership Program (JPP) “Project for Capacity Building of the Operation and Maintenance of Sewerage and Drainage System in Phnom Penh City” by Kitakyushu City / JICA (JICA Partnership Program, JPP)

Ms. Miyoko MOROFUJI experienced primary school teacher from Kitakyushu city in Japan, tried to demonstrate environmental education on 28 August. Officials from Department of Public Works and Transport of Phnom Penh city, Ministry of Environment, teachers of Chey Chum Neas primary school observed her interactive and interesting way of teaching as their references like the way of utilizing  various tools: a picture-story show, self-introduction by using the globe model and so on.

This project has a plan to conduct such an environmental class by the model teachers while Ms. Miyoko MOROFUJI would be watching to give feedback and recommendations afterwards in December.
